Start by simply describing your situation in your own words, in as much detail as you're comfortable sharing — what's happening, who's involved, what outcome you're hoping for, and any timeline pressure. From there I'll ask clarifying questions specific to your case.
Because custom work often touches multiple areas of your life, I may ask for names, dates, or details relevant to more than one category — for instance, both a person's name for love-related elements and a company name for career-related elements.
There's no fixed intake form for custom work; the consultation itself is how we figure out what's needed together.
